Board Members

To help us achieve our objectives we work with like-minded organisations to provide a range of advice, confidence building courses and awareness raising techniques to help keep YOU safe.

We have been providing personal safety courses throughout the U.K. since 1997 – from Thurso in the North to London in the South, Aberdeen in the East to Blackpool and Ullapool in the West – and we have an array of instructors, male and female, to suit your needs.

We have 6 Trustees on our Board:

Pamela is an excellent communicator and facilitates sound work with both groups and individuals to encourage people to participate in the process of change in their lives and does this through her own company, The Essence.

Jess’s career has been firmly based in Child Protection.
She spent 30 years in Social Work rising to Team Manager level where she managed a team of up to 9 Social Workers and Assistants whilst supervising their case load of services to children and families.
Jess then spent 7 years as LAAC (Looked After and Accommodated Children ) Review Coordinator chairing both LAAC Reviews and Child Protection Case Conferences.
