Many thanks to The Volant Trust for contributing towards the core costs for our Barony St John Centre. This will enable us to continue to offer our trauma-informed, empowerment- focussed Personal Safety training in our Centre plus our future wellbeing activities.
Our charity is currently looking for new Trustees – could you help?
The post we urgently need filled is that of Treasurer. Ideally it would be someone who has accounting skills or at least knows their way around an income/expenditure spreadsheet. And if you’ve worked Sage, even better.
Other Trustee posts also available. So if you have a connection with the charity’s services e.g. you work with school children, domestic abuse survivors or people with disabilities. Or you have an ethnic minority or LGBT background, please get in touch by emailing alan@scotcps.org.uk and we will arrange to have a chat with you.

We will be holding an Exhibition of the artworks produced by our Therapeutic Art classes at the Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine on Friday 13th March. Would you like to come along to show your support for this project?
Doors open at 10.45am with Introductions, including words from the Depute Provost of North Ayrshire, starting at 11am. A short video highlighting the success and benefits of our therapeutic art classes will then be shown, after which attendees will be free to peruse the artworks, chat to the artists an enjoy some free tea, coffee and home-made cake. The event finishes at 1pm so it will hopefully be easy for you attend over your lunch break.
